Derbyshire System Priorities

The project timeline below was recently developed through a number of workshops which recently took place between members of the Project and colleagues from the wider Derbyshire healthcare system. The graphic below indicates the outline scope of the current and next stages of the project, but are frequently reviewed in line with emerging Primary Care and system needs.
In their July 7th meeting, the Derbyshire Clinical Reference Group prioritised the following areas for development of the Derbyshire Pathfinder project for the current phase – which lasts until March 2022.
