Winter Hub Service 2022

Designated Hubs across Derbyshire will provide face to face appointments to
support winter 2022/23 for patients registered with a practice within Derbyshire who
have been triaged by primary care and are within the scope of the service.
This service is available and will operate between the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday
to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), subject to regular review.
